• Procedure - Crew will collect the laundry in laundry bags & give you an acknowledgement.
• Note - Not home at the time of pick up? Leave your clothes at your neighbor’s & inform us, acknowledgement will be mailed to you.
• Reminder - Inform our crew about delicate clothing /special needs.
• Hard Stains – If certain stains are hard to remove, you will be notified.
• There is no guarantee for tough dirt, stains, colors and jerry.
• There will be pick up charge of Rs. 60/- for orders less than bill amount Rs. 299/-
• Pick up time can vary up to 12 hrs after the pickup order confirmation.
• Hot water/Dettol/customized detergent wash will be charged extra/piece.
• Items cannot be processed will be informed post pick up. (In case of any damage) Damage items will be processed at customer risk.
• Delivery may vary depends on unforeseen circumstances such as power failure, machine breakdown etc.
• Convenience fee/visiting charge of RS. 149 will be charged if no job is performed after the Professional visits the customer site.
• OOTS will not be responsible for delivery or other issues in case of direct request to partner.
