• We provides a seven day warranty. Warranty covers only the issue that was resolved during initial task.
• Tap Fitting or Installation – removal of the spoilt tap & fixing a new one.
• Tap Repair - check for leakages or any other malfunction and replace old washers/spindles if required.
• Wash Basin Fitting or Installation - Removal of the spoilt wash basin & fixing a new one.
• Wash Basin Uninstallation – Removal of the wash basin from the existing spot.
• Wash Basin Repair - The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• Sink Fitting or Installation – Fixing a new sink with or without drain board, sealing edges with white cement and connecting the drain pipe to the outlet point.
• Kitchen Sink Replacement - Removal of old sink, replacing it with or without drain board sealing edges with white cement & connecting the drain pipe to the outlet point.
• Kitchen Sink Repair- The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• Clearing the block or stopping the leakage by addressing the reason for the same.
• Western Toilet Fitting/Installation – Installing a new western commode at the given outlet.
• Western Toilet Removal – Removal of Western Toilet from existing point.
• Western Toilet Seat Cover Sitting – Replacing old /broken ones with new ones, tightening all the nuts.
• Flush Tank (Open) Installation – Removing old flush tank & replacing it with a new one, connecting the same to the commode.
• Flush Tank Repair - The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• Toilet Jet (Health Faucet) Installation - Fixing the health faucet connection pipe & gun to the angle cock.
• Shower Fitting or Installation - Installation of Shower head or Telephonic shower.
• Shower Repair – The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• Water Tank Installation - Installation of water storage tank at the designated spot. Note - Plumbing or inlet line to the same should be provided; lifting the tank to the designated place should be done by the customer.
• Water Tank Uninstallation - Uninstallation of the tank; transportation of the removed/uninstalled water tank to be taken care of by the customer.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts that are brought to notice after job completion.
• Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only.
• Any parts that require replacement will be extra, based on actuals.
• Convenience fee/visiting charge of RS. 149 will be charged if no job is performed after the Professional visits the customer site.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our service provider regarding a service booked through OOTS. All warranty, safety and service assurance in such cases stand null and void.
