What's Included?

- The scope of work will be determined after inspection.
- All wiring work is undertaken.
- 3 Phase wiring work.
- We undertake all electrical related services.
- Our service provider do not carry ladder.
- Additional wiring to different connection points will be charged extra.

- We provides a seven day warranty. Warranty covers only the issue that was resolved during initial task.
- We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.
- We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job completion.
- We do not repair Printed Circuit

- We strongly discourage direct dealing with our service provider regarding a service booked through OOTS. All warranty, safety and service assurance in such cases stand null and void.
