• We provides a seven day warranty. Warranty covers only the issue that was resolved during initial task.
• Hardware - Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only.
• Procedure - Issue will be determined after inspection by our technician at your premise, if there is issue that can be solved at your premise, then it will be solved at your premise. Otherwise Computer will be picked up and inspected at our partner service station, a quote will be provided and once approved by you it will be fixed & home delivered.
• Software Installation - If you wish to install procured software, provide the license key to the technician.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job completion.
• Convenience fee/visiting charge of RS. 149 will be charged if no job is performed after the Professional visits the customer site.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our service provider regarding a service booked through OOTS. All warranty, safety and service assurance in such cases stand null and void.
